How can I create an export button, that export the table visuals i have within a power bi report instead of having to use the export option on the table visual.
I want this export option to work on a user level, meaning when it is been clicked on, it downloads to the user email or local device. I would like this feature to be included on all of the reports that i have created and published to a power bi embedded license workspace which is linked to service hub for users to access.
Different users from different companies would like this feature on the report, but how do i ensure this button works on user level.
I know i can create a button with power automate but it only works for users within the business as it will be exported to sharepoint or onedrive or through gateway access to local device.
Is there a way around this cos right now it seem like it is not possible and this feature is not supported on a user level with power bi embedded and service hub, is there a way around it and how can i do this to include this feature on my reports that are linked to the service hub.

Reset to default 0Try this:
Embedding Power BI reports with Power Automate. Create a button which on its click event triggers the process of exporting. Please note, the Power BI REST API with back-end service is recommended as Power Automate may not allow external users.
