There's an endpoint for a SOAP connection that gives me this XML. (It's too large to paste into this question.) I'm unable to use this XML to create a "connected service" in Visual Studio with the error: Number of services found: 0. I've tried multiple manipulations of the file to be a valid WSDL to no avail.

How do I make this file a WSDL so Visual Studio will recognize it?
