When I'm overriding a virtual function in C# using Visual Studio, if I type in the function name being overriden and press tab, it immediately fills out an empty method:

{
    base.funct();
}

I don't like this behavior. I used to use Visual Studio for C++ and it never did that when I pressed tab; it only completed the name of the function. However, I got a new computer and had to redownload Visual Studio, and now it fills out the empty function body as well. I'm fairly new to C# vs C++, so I'm not sure if this is a Visual Studio behavior or a C# behavior.

What is the setting for this is and how can I turn it off?
