I want to replace the null values in my table with data from the "parent" record. Please see the example image from the Power BI Power Query editor.

I've tried creating duplicates of the tables then merging, grouping and appending with no success, this is very frustrating.

Reset to default 0

Once it is sorted in the correct order, you can use Fill Down.

you can try to select the column and fill down data
