I am getting this error while creating msi. I checked it everywhere but I am not able to find the solution. The error is:

wix.exe : error WIX0001: WixToolset.Core.Native.WixNativeException: wixnative.exe failed with error code: -2147467259 - The handle is invalid. Output:

---> System.Component.Win32Exception (6): The handle is invalid. ---End of inner exception stack trace --- at WixToolset.Core.Native.WixNativeExe.Run() in D:\a\wix\wix\src\wix\WixToolset.Core.Native\WixNativeExe.cs:line 81 at WixToolset.Core.Native.Cabinet.Compress(IEnumerable`1 files, CompressionLevel compressionLevel, Int32 maxSize, Int32 maxThresh) in D:\a\wix\wix\src\wix\WixToolset.Core.Native\Cabinet.cs:line 60 at WixToolset.Core.WindowsInstaller.Bind.CabinetBuilder.CreateCabinet(CabinetWorkItem cabinetWorkItem) in D:\a\wix\wix\src\wix\WixToolset.Core.WindowsInstaller\Bind\CabinetBuilder.cs:line 192 at WixToolset.Core.WindowsInstaller.Bind.CabinetBuilder.ProcessWorkItems() in D:\a\wix\wix\src\wix\WixToolset.Core.WindowsInstaller.Bind\Bind\CabinetBuilder.cs:line 123

The command is "{wixexepath} build -arch x64 -o {msipath} -ext WixToolset.UI.wixext\5.0.2\wixext5\WixToolset.UI.wixext.dll {wxspath}". This command is executed from the c# Process and it is exiting with this error. There are no details as to why it is failing. If I set the Compressed attribute as no inside the wxs, it works fine with the files to be installed created outside the msi at the root. It is working fine when debugging in my local environment but is failing after deploying to the Azure web app

I checked the access on the web app and set the same on my local environment and still the MSI was created in my local. So it seems like it is not a permission issue.
