How to fix issues scaned by magento uct tool? - Stack Overflow

I had view the magento official document regurding magento upgrade process, i install uct in my local development environment. My local magento version is commerce 2.4.5, i want to upgrade from 2.4.5-p8 to 2.4.7-p4. I really do not know how to fix the issues scaned by uct tool like below:

1. code issues Those issues is scaned by uct, i saw the official doc, but it do not tell developer how to fix issues. I checked some of issues in report, for example, report tell me that some class has removed but i find it do not change in magento correspond version（2.4.7-p4）. is it nessary to fix issues? how to fix issues? ignore? please, thanks you a lot! enter image description hereenter image description here

I just put a kind of issue in the report, but it has many types of issue, the official document do not show the detail of fix.

2. graphQL issues I alse use uct tool to compare graphQL diff, the report like below:enter image description here It is the same problem that i do not how to fix those issues. The official document only tell me the following:enter image description here

I hope get a solution that how to fix the issues scaned by magento uct tool. I can not get any answer from Google or Official document.
