I opened my webpage in Google Chrome on iOS (iPad). Then I've added the page to the Home screen.

How can I debug this page? If it is opened directly in the browser, I can use chrome://inspect at least. But looks like there is no way to do it with the page added to the Home screen. In particular I am interested how to access browser's local storage of such page.

(This question is about debugging websites on iPad. This is about Chrome Dev Console specifically used by programmers)
