I have Coda used a long time and now I use VSCode and PhpStorm.

The most feature I miss is CLIPS on Coda.

A CLIP (shortcut Ctrl + Shift + L)

__([clipboard])

So I have a text "This text needs to be translated" in the clipboard.

Now I use the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + L and the selected text (same in the clipboard) will be pasted as:

__("This text needs to be translated")

Do you all the specialists here know a plugin or extension for a good friend of mine he uses VSCode? I need the same for PhpStorm also.
