I am using Strapi v5 and trying to update user access roles via the Users & Permissions plugin in the admin panel. When I click on the settings route, it opens correctly, but no data loads.

The network tab shows no API response errors.

Other admin panel settings load fine.

No errors in the console or server logs.

Has anyone faced this issue? How can I fix it and update user role permissions?
