I need help badly - my website is pretty much down.

After I renewed my SSL Certificate, I was required to create a Custom Domain. Everything seems to work fine when I login on my pc; however, I am getting calls from my users that they are being asked to Sign-in to access the website (this is a public website), not sure why users need authentication. This was not the case prior to updating the certificate.
