My company would like to enforce coding rules to C++ code submitted to our continuous integration pipeline. I can create a .editorconfig file, but how to ckeck it during the CI (Jenkins) ? Visual Studio uses many keywords specific to VS, and the generic checkers (as editorconfig-checker or clang-format) don't know them.

Will I have to duplicate the rules to match to ClangFormat, end use this tool for checking on command-line ?
