Last week, I moved my wordpress site from a temporary domain with bluehost to the normal domain (www.cozygigs). On the temporary domain, everything worked properly.

After I did so, I became unable to load the home page on any device because of "too many redirects."

When I isolated each plugin I was able to verify that it's the buddyboss platform plugin that is causing this issue. When said plugin is deactivated the site loads properly. That said, I need the buddyboss platform because professional networking is why my site exists. I need the functions this plug offers.

When using a redirect tracer tool I can see that when the homepage loads it starts and endless chain of 302 redirects.

I have tried basic fixes like making sure the URLs match in WP settings.

I would sincerely appreciate any help you can offer. I have searched high and low in the dashboard for some setting that would cause this but I can't find it.

Thanks for your time! Andrew

EDIT: OK -- got it working again thanks to a helpful tech support member at Buddyboss. Here's what I did for anyone else with the same issue: 1) Enable the plugin 2) Go into the buddyboss platform privacy settings, disable the "private network" and save 3) Re-enable the private network, while whitelisting the home URL and login pages, then save 4) Clear cache It works!!! Thanks to all who generously offered their help today!!!! It means a lot.
