Here is my IDE and tools version:

Eclipse version: 2023-09-R Doload from:

Jboss Tools version: 4.29.1.Final Download from: .29.1.Final.html

I attempted to install JBoss Tools, but encountered the following error:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
  Software being installed: JBoss AS, WildFly & EAP Server Tools 3.10.3.v20230714-1629 (.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.feature.feature.group 3.10.3.v20230714-1629)
  Missing requirement: JBoss AS, WildFly & EAP Server Tools - Core Plug-in 3.10.3.v20230714-1629 (.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.core 3.10.3.v20230714-1629) requires 'osgi.bundle; .apachemons.exec 0.0.0' but it could not be found
