I have built an android application, uploaded a version of it in play console synced the signing keys SHA-1 and SHA-256 play-services file

The issue I am facing is that the particular app does not work in the mobile where I was testing but works in all the other phones when it comes to Firebase App Check

For the testing I have a separate firbase project sha and play-services while for release I have different production project.

I have no clue as to what is happening and how to resolve this issue. Any guidance or answer in this matter is greatly appreciated
