I have a visual studio - c# - playwright test project which is coming together very nicely. One thing I am struggling with is changing the default testIdAttribute value.

I have seen this example

import { defineConfig } from '@playwright/test';

export default defineConfig({
  use: {
    testIdAttribute: 'data-pw'
  }
});

which relates to the file playwright.config.ts, I have searched for this file in the project and I cannot find that file anywhere. Is it created when Playwright is added to the project or does one have to create it when changing default values.

Any thoughts please?
