I can't find any working information online on how to access the API building tools in Visual Studio. The official Microsoft pages for it don't feature any 'click here' style instructions, and the others tell me to click on things that don't exist.
As far as I've been told, I need to right click on a .cs file, but making a new one and doing that doesn't seem to help. There are no default cs files in my project.
Can anyone tell me what I need to do?
I have spent about an hour on the internet trying to work this out. All I get is that I should create a 'windows form app' project, but there's nothing like that in VS.
