I am facing an issue with android emulator after I updated android studio to latest stable version. Whenever I close the emulator the emulator-user.ini change to the following settings and whenever I start emulator, it is half out of the screen because of this settings.

window.x = 100
window.y = 100
window.scale = -1.000000
resizable.config.id = -1
posture = 0
uuid = 1740402450732

I have tried reinstalling all the things including android studio with different versions but it didn't solved. Right now I am using koala feature drop 2024.1.2.
