I’m facing an issue where I’ve set up an inactivity trigger to detect when a user hasn’t provided input for 3 minutes. When this happens, a message is displayed, and the user should return to where they left off. This functionality works fine, except when using an adaptive card followed by a Power Automate flow.

The problem is that Copilot doesn’t return to the adaptive card after the inactivity timeout. Instead, it moves directly to the Power Automate flow.

I tried adding a condition before moving to Power Automate, which somewhat resolves the issue, but it adds manual complexity that I’d prefer to avoid.

Has anyone found a more efficient workaround or best practice to ensure Copilot properly returns to the adaptive card without unnecessary manual handling?

Thanks for any insights!
