When updating or installing my Android app on Pixel devices, the Play Store app freezes at 100% and never completes the install. This is what I see on the phone screen when this happens. As you can see, the “Play” button is grayed out and never becomes enabled, no matter how many hours I've waited.

The home screen just shows an incomplete download represented by a generic app icon instead of the real app icon.

Google’s website recommends clearing storage and cache for the Play Store app to fix the issue and that has been working for me. But that only works until the next update or install when it gets stuck at 100% again. Here’s the screen where I clear Play Store storage.

My app is a game that uses approximately 3gb of install-time play asset delivery. I'm curious if the problem might be related to that or possibly something about the way I'm building my app? I'm building with Play Store bundles, not an APK.
