this is my first time using postgreSQL and the moment i clicked on the installer and an error popped up. (not on my desktop but i have the same issue) tried getting on their github to check issues and found people over there having same problems when they were using edb installer for windows. Click here for the error that came

I tried to install it and just the moment i clicked on this this error came even before the wizard began.
