I am in the middle of a technology migration from Oracle forms 6i to 12c and I am encountering the following issue. In my forms I have fields that have the property Required = Yes, but they are either disabled or invisible. In Oracle 6, this does not cause any problems, but in Oracle 12, it continually shows an error "FRM-40222".

I need a global solution, since I have more than 1000 .fmb to migrate and I can't test them all.

I would greatly appreciate your help.

I tried changing the Required property dynamically on PRE-FORM trigger when it is disabled or not visible, but I found other cases, for example I have items that are enable and visible but specific cases are changed to disable.
