Catalyst does not support recovering deleted records from the Catalyst Datastore. In the future, you can back up your data from the Catalyst Datastore by triggering a job function to perform a bulk read operation using the API or CLI in the development environment. This process will allow you to read data from the Catalyst Datastore and create a CSV file, which you can use to back up your data.
