First condition

Found in NVM version 1.7 in GitHub node_modules folder is empty

Solution: 1.Download and Unzip zip folder from . 2.Open C:\nvm4w\nodejs and Delete the node_modules 3.Copy the unzip folder node_modules and paste it to C:\nvm4w\nodejs

Second condition

Residual issues: Downloaded and uninstalled the node.js but did not delete the npm

Solution: Open C:\Users\username?\AppData\Roaming and delete the npm.
