I've got a generic script that I've copied into another directory. Afterwards, a .pyc file was generated with the same name. The generic script performs a function within a larger project. If that project is executed manually, the generic script works fine. But the larger project is run using windows task manager in an automated manner. Under this scenario, the generic script DOES NOT execute any function.

I've tried to delete the .pyc file or move the generic script but nothing is forcing the generic script to perform during the automated process.

Is there a way to achieve this?
