Please see the below excel situation:

In the above table, the Total Price (Tk) will be the product (multiply) of either Offered Price Per Unit (Tk) * Quantity or Offered Price Per Pack (Tk) * Quantity. The user will delete either the Offered Price Per Unit (Tk) or the Offered Price Per Pack (Tk) before putting the value in the Quantity column.

In order to calculate the Total Price (Tk), I need a formula that will include product/multiply both Per Unit and/or Per Pack column with the Quantity column but deleting either one of them (Per Unit/Per Pack) will not produce #Ref error in the formula like this:

=(D3*H3)+(F3*H3)

How to achieve that? Any help??
