I recently attempted to sign up for a subscription on Azure, but the account was deemed ineligible, and the subscription creation failed. However, during the sign-up process, I added a payment method. Now, I’m trying to remove this payment method, but I cannot find an option to do so in the "Select Payment Method" section.

I checked my Microsoft account under Payment Methods as well as Azure Portals', but no cards are listed there. Despite clearing my browser cache, history, and cookies, the card still appears under the associated payment methods in Azure.

Where is Azure storing this payment information, and how can I ensure my card is no longer associated with this account? I don’t want my payment details linked to an unused or ineligible account.
