For reporting identity setting in Google Analytics UI, I cannot find an API to retrieve it. Is it available in GA API or not?

I checked GA Admin API document, but didn't find a way to get it. Is it in Admin API or other API sets? It will be great if someone knows how to retrieve it.

Reset to default 0

As of now, Google Analytics Reporting Identity settings, are not accessible via the Google Analytics Admin API or any other Google Analytics APIs. This configuration is only available through the Google Analytics UI.
