Dashboard -> Appearance -> Editor -> 3-dots menu -> Export
lets one download a zip
file, which contains the folders parts
and templates
that - according to various online tutorials - should contain the customizations done with the (Block) Editor.
However, when I move these folders to my twentytwentytwo-child theme and upload it to a new WP instance, the customizations (like for example a Navigation block or a heading I inserted) are missing.
What am I doing wrong?

Reset to default 0When you move the parts and templates folders to your child theme, make sure the structure is correct. Your child theme structure should look like this:
twentytwentytwo-child/ *parts/ **[custom parts] *templates/ **[custom templates] *style.css **functions.php
Your child theme’s style.css needs to have the correct header to be recognized as a child theme. You should further enable wp debug log at wp-config.php, this will give you better clues what exactly goes wrong.
