I am working with the Android XR Emulator for developing AR/VR applications, and I want to test hand gestures.

Does anyone know the shortcut key or how to enable hand gestures in the emulator?

I have searched through the documentation but couldn't find a clear answer.

Touch gestures vs Spatial gestures in XR

I think that there is no need, for Google engineers, to implement 2D screen gestures (used in smartphones) in the Android XR Emulator. XR devices will feature 3D (spatial) gestures.

Currently, the emulator supports only mouse and keyboard input.

At the moment, using hand input isn't possible in Android XR Emulator. This is clearly stated in the offical Google documentation. If you wondering, hand input is also not possible for Swift developers using the visionOS simulator.
