I accidentally messed up the menu at the top line of the PilotLogic's CodeTyphon IDE (Linux version). The top line is now a copy of the standard 2nd line while the topline have completely disappeared.

I have tried every reset to default option I could find in the configuration menus but nothing worked.

Anyone familiar with the PilotLogic CodeTyphon IDE may be able to know what I need to do. Thanks in advance. JB

  • I'm not familiar with CodeTyphon IDE but looking at its documentation you might want to check Desktops Backup/Restore. Also looking at its screen shoots it seems that it is following old style UI design (from Windows 98 to WinXP era) so perhaps it allows similar control of showing and hiding various toolbars in a similar ways as old applications did. In that case check the View main menu to see if it might allow checking and unchecking which toolbars are shown. – SilverWarior Commented Mar 8 at 17:08
  • Why is this Q tagged with Delphi!? – DelphiCoder Commented Mar 9 at 13:27
  • Because Delphi is the ancestor of the knowledge tree here. – Johan Bresler Commented Mar 9 at 15:10

Reset to default 0

I did get a reply from the developer, but its not a fully conclusive answer as the IDE on Linux still does not enable the Android Development function for me, but it is an answer nevertheless of the basic question.

The answer is

"Close TyphonIDE
Open CTCenter
Restore Default Settings"

I am sure this will help applicable community members in the future as I did not know where this function was hiding.
