I get this error when attempting to run OVRColocationSession.StartAdvertisementAsync on a Quest 3S:

Failure_OperationFailed(-1006)

android:name="com.oculus.permission.USE_COLOCATION_DISCOVERY_API" is in the manifest. No errors are showing in the Project setup Tool. SharedSpacialAnchor and ColocationSession support is set to required.

Unity 6, Meta Unity Core API 74. Signed with a debug key, sideloaded with ADB.
