I need serious help related to my laptop. My laptop is a Lenovo Ideapad Slim 3, which has a 512 GB SSD and 8 GB of RAM (11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-1115G4 @ 3.00GHz). ). I don't have a GPU. 5 to 6 days ago I was doing something online, installing a game online. Everything was good until the next day; my , my PC was dual boot—Windows and Ubuntu. Whenever I turned on Windows, it was showing extremely high memory usage in Task Manager, and it was not fixing; in Ubuntu, it would work fine for 5 minutes, then also have the same laggy and slow issues. I was so fed up; I tried antiviruses and did a full scan (in Windows). I did that for 3 days. At last, what I did was reset through the Windows recovery menu. Even after the reset, when all my data was gone, it was still an issue. I was shocked, so what I did was remove the Ubuntu partition and merge the whole into Windows, then reset it again. Even after that, it was the same. So I thought it was because I was reinstalling Windows locally in reset, so I reset it again, but this time I did the cloud download; still, the issue persists. I was so fed up. It's been 4-5 days. Before all this, my laptop was so smooth; it never gave an issue. At last I took a bootable pen drive containing Kali Linux in it; I removed Windows and installed it completely. Now after that I thought all was fine, but after using Kali Linux for some minutes, whenever I do some tasks like opening multiple tabs in a browser like ChatGPT, SmashKarts (IO games), etc., my CPU usage goes to 100%, even sometimes after opening VS Code. I am so fed up; please help. What should I do? Also for reference, I have checked there is no overheating issue and SSD health is good
