In Trading View, I want a custom scan using criteria that I can create in technical indicators in Pine Code (in Trading View) to scan a list of instruments and alert me to all of the instruments with the condition. Not a scan restricted to the tools offered in the TV scanner. Is this possible?

Yes, you can have an indicator that checks a condition against a maximum of 40 symbols and/or timeframes using security calls.

Furthermore, TradingView recently announced watchlist alerts. This means that you could run a condition against more than 40 symbols. Theoretically, a watchlist can contain 1000 symbols, but alerts can get disabled when triggered too often.
