My Wordpress site has a special 'standard format' for blogposts. However, the developer only configured properly the title and the body so any other type element I add comes out in weird colors and awkward sizes and I end up not being able to give actual format to any article. At this point, being someone that knows little to nothing about wp, I would prefer it didn't have that feature so I could just actually chose how the article looks every time even if it's all done manually. Is there any way to get rid of this feature? I don't really know if this is in code or just some feature or even a plugin.

There is also a standard set for how the article's 'thumbnail' looks in the initial 'blog' page, I would like to keep it, that seems to work well so hopefully the settings for the article and the 'thumbnail' are two separate things.

Website: / Here you can see all thumbnails look great

/ But then if you click this article you can see other type elements aside from the body are turning red, huge and in a font only meant for the main title. Other articles have e.g. very very tiny pictures and the font for the body is kind of small. It doesn't matter if I edit any of this, it just comes out this way.

I think I'm far from figuring this out and I can't ask the developer for any information
